In addition, appropriate diversification approaches should be formulated based on the Company&#8217;s operations, business type, and development needs, which is advised to include, but not limit to, the two major aspects of basic qualifications and values (gender, age, nationality and culture, etc.), and professionalism and skills (such as law, accounting, industry, finance, marketing, or technology). They shall generally possess the knowledge, skills and qualities necessary to perform their duties.<br \/>\nThe Company currently has seven directors, all of whom have diverse professional backgrounds in industry and academia and have expertise in relevant academic or financial fields, such as operations management, leadership, and industry knowledge.
