This includes training by hierarchy, function, training at home and abroad, and self-inspiration categories. In 2023, Mercuries F&amp;B organized a total of 15 physical education and training sessions for 306 participants, averaging 10 hours of training for each person.<\/p>\n<p>Additionally, new employees of Mercuries F&amp;B can undergo an introduction to the company and its regulations through the &#8220;E33 Catering Academy&#8221;, an online education and training system. They proceed by passing a self-assessment test that meets the required standard.
