Mercuries F&B began in 1983 as Sanshang Qiaofu beef noodles specialty store. It was the first fast food chain restaurant in Taiwan and was also known in the F&B industry as \u201cthe largest beef noodle chain in Taiwan\u201d for many years.<\/p>\n

Mercuries F&B steadily expanded through a multi-brand management strategy. It currently owns Sanshang Qiaofu, Napoli, Tonkatsu, Sanshang Don Mono, Pin Chuan Lan, BANCO, 33 Fried Chicken and Qiaofu Plus, Cloud kitchen, Tiger Dumplings , with a total of close to 441 stores.
